Chamber Professionals of Ohio Announces 2025 Award Winners

Chamber Professionals of Ohio (CPO) is proud to announce its 2025 award recipients, recognizing exceptional leadership, excellence, and impact across Ohio’s chamber of commerce community. All award winners were honored at the 2026 CPO Winter Conference Annual Awards Dinner on January 28, 2026, held at the iconic Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.

Joy Lytle, President & CEO of the Clermont Chamber of Commerce, has been named the 2026 Michael A. Schultz Chamber Professional of the Year in the Over 600 Members category. This prestigious award represents the highest honor bestowed by CPO and recognizes outstanding leadership, professional excellence, innovation, and a deep commitment to community advancement. Lytle’s leadership has strengthened the Clermont Chamber’s impact while elevating the role of chambers as champions for business and economic vitality.

Stacy Beougher, Executive Director of the Celina-Mercer Chamber of Commerce, has been named the 2025 Michael A. Schultz Chamber Professional of the Year in the Under 600 Members category. Beougher is recognized for her exceptional leadership, dedication to membership & economic growth, program development and enhancing the overall vitality of Mercy County.

CPO also proudly announces the recipients of the Outstanding Chamber of the Year in Ohio awards, which honor chambers demonstrating exceptional organizational excellence, innovation, and measurable impact within their communities.

The Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce, led by President & CEO Tiffany Bosch, has been selected as Outstanding Chamber of the Year in Ohio in the Over 600 Members category. Under Bosch’s leadership, the chamber achieved its highest membership in the history of the organization and has demonstrated strategic vision, strong governance, and innovative programming that delivers tangible value to its members and the economic growth of the community of Sylvania.

The Willoughby Western Lake County Chamber of Commerce (WWLCC), led by Executive Director Dana Wolfe, has been named Outstanding Chamber of the Year in Ohio in the Under 600 Members category. WWLCC is recognized for outstanding year of membership & program growth, collaboration, workforce development, financial stewardship, and community impact.

In addition, CPO will honor two distinguished chamber leaders with the Lifetime Legacy Award, recognizing careers marked by lasting impact and service to the chamber profession.

Janet Tressler Davis, who retired in 2025 after 33 years as President & CEO of the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce, is honored for her decades of leadership and influence in the City of Westerville.

Tony Gallo, who retired after 22 years as President of the Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, is recognized for his years of dedication and leadership across Lorain County.
