CPO provides the following services: Strategic Planning, Board Governance, Onboarding for New Chamber Directors and Staff, Transition or Succession Planning for CEO/Executive Directors,   CPO helps chambers build stronger organizations and more effective leadership teams.   • Strategic Planning aimed at increasing your chamber's effectiveness over the next 1-3 years; set yearly benchmarks & goals. Strategic planning is a customized, collaborative process that defines the organization’s vision, goals, and priorities for future growth and impact. It aligns board leadership, staff, and stakeholders around key initiatives that strengthen membership, enhance community engagement, improve operations, and support long-term economic and organizational success.
