NEW for Members!!! CPO is pleased to partner with Teri Smiley and Starfish Partnerships to offer All Things Chamber Webinar Program. This pre-recorded series provides chamber professionals a step-by-step guide to chamber governance, operations, membership, programing & events, community, foundations, marketing, non-dues revenue and lessons learned. This is a phenomenal staff onboarding program and can also be used as a refresher to current staff members during staff meetings or a staff retreat. It is packed full of valuable information. If you are a Chamber Executive or staff member just getting started, in your first year, second year or even your fifth year, this online series is for you!
The All Things Chamber webinar program is available now as a partnership with the the state associations of Alabama, Carolinas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Virginia and now Ohio! Along with this pre-recorded series, chambers will also be invited to a private Facebook Group for Q&A and connecting with chamber peers throughout the United States. This versatile digital resource will allow you to utilize the content for a comprehensive staff training/retreat, onboarding new staff members or for individual trainings at your own pace.

The All Things Chamber bundle provides pre-recorded material, averaging a hour per module, plus downloadable notes pages of the power points and additional PDF documents. Participating chambers will also be invited to a private Facebook group for Q&A and connecting with fellow chamber members across the country. This versatile digital resource allows you to utilize the content for a comprehensive staff training or retreat or for individual training at your own pace.
The fee for the package is $195 for CPO Members. Please click the Order Now button below and fill out the registration form to sign up for the program. Once payment has been received, you will receive an email from Teri within two business days with an access code unique for your Chamber for the All Things Chamber website.
